Cat's Tongue
Cat’s Tongue Picks originated in the early 2000s when a guitarist named Jan, living in what was then Czechoslovakia, set out to create a guitar pick that wouldn’t slip during playing. By experimenting with materials and textures, he developed a nylon pick with a distinctive grippy surface inspired by the feel of a cat’s tongue. The picks were produced by Jan and his family in the Czech Republic and gained international popularity for their durability, comfort, and reliable grip. Today, Cat’s Tongue Picks are known as a niche but well-respected brand with a loyal following among guitarists worldwide.
